RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & TO REFUND

In accordance with laws in place, the user/customer has the right to withdraw without stating a reason from this agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days and before the agreed service has been provided, with full refund of the amount paid to the Company under the following terms and conditions.

The User may withdraw from this agreement by submitting a written declaration to the Company within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of accepting the terms and conditions and the completion of the order for the service of this agreement.

The declaration to withdraw within the above time period may be send electronically via e-mail to payments@iatriko.gr, by the same user (that means the same email with which the order was made must be used). As soon as it receives the user’s electronic request, the Company shall send confirmation of receiving the declaration to withdraw and reply on its approval or rejection.

Following the approval of the declaration to withdraw, the Company refunds the amount it received for the order in the same manner in which payment was made. Only the amount corresponding to the agreed service is refunded. Any additional fees/charges to the user's/customer’s bank card by his/her bank are not the responsibility of the Company.

Specifically, the Company is obliged to inform Alpha Bank of the cancelled transaction in order for the bank to undertake the required actions in accordance with its own credit/debit card payment reversal policy and the terms of the agreement with the Company. Once the bank has been informed, the Company bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the offset payment.

The right to withdraw applies where the user/customer paid the cost for the service and then withdrew within the above time period, and in all events before a biological sample has been collected.

Loss of Right to Withdrawal
The User/customer agrees that the user/customer cannot withdraw from this agreement and request a refund of the paid-up fee under the following conditions: a) the user/customer or individual seeking the service arrived at the Company’s designated locations and had a sample taken; and b) if the time period of fourteen (14) days has passed without the user/customer exercising the right to withdraw.
